The ethical and moral implications of using computers to affect the lives of individual and collective members of human society. Material drawn from a variety of topics, including computer crimes and hacking techniques, social engineering, security vs. privacy in the information age, privacy implications of government and workplace electronic monitoring, and the potential for misuse of technology (e.g. online predators).
