Media Advisory: State University of New York Chancellor Brings Listening Tour to UAlbany
Private business sector, state officials and university leaders discuss ways to collaborate on economic and workforce development issues

What: SUNY, Business Council, labor and economic development leaders stop at the University at Albany for the statewide Economic Development Listening Tour, which is an opportunity for community business leaders to discuss their needs and goals with SUNY and state economic development and labor officials.

Background: In February, SUNY, the Business Council of New York State and state economic development leaders launched a 10-stop listening tour on SUNY campuses to create an open dialogue and action agenda as New York State responds to the challenges of today's knowledge economy.
