Philip, retired executive director and CIO of the New York State Teacher's Retirement System and UAlbany Officer in Charge; Paul A. Leonard, dean and professor of finance, School of Business, University at Albany; and Leonard A. Slade, Jr., director of doctoral and master's programs in humanistic and liberal studies, University at Albany, will be awarded 2007 University at Albany Foundation Citizen Laureate Awards.
