There are no textbooks, since it
has become difficult to find ones that are suitably up-to-date and reasonably priced.
There will, however, be short readings. In order to have them be as current as possible, they may be announced
in class and on this Website with little lead time before you will be
responsible for having read them (for example, in an unannounced quiz).
