Road Closures: May 8 Campus Visit by President Barack Obama
The following roadways will be closed on Tuesday, May 8, during the visit of President Barack Obama:
On Campus, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.:
- Empire Commons to Tricentennial Drive
- Tricentennial Drive, only UAlbany buses and event traffic
- Freedom Quad, no vehicle traffic except UAlbany buses
- Washington Avenue entrance/exit near Colonial Quad
- Great Dane Lane (near Commissary, leading onto Fuller Road)
Off Campus, noon to 3 p.m.:
- I-90 In Albany from the Thruway Exit 24 to Exit 4 in *BOTH* directions
- Washington Avenue Extension from Exit 2 on-ramp to Crossgates Mall
- Fuller Road from Great Dane Avenue to Railroad Avenue
