ALBANY, N.Y. (March 04, 2013) - UAlbany Women’s Basketball team clinched America East regular season title with a win Sunday over Stony Brook. With the victory the women claimed the No.1 seed heading into the America East Basketball Tournament. UAlbany will host both the men's and women's tournament at SEFCU Arena, March 8-10. -
