Interviewer-producer Larry Berger ’92 began a great sports lover’s career at UAlbany.
ALBANY, N.Y. (February 3, 2016) — What do Wilt Chamberlain, Michael Jordan and Shaquille O'Neal have in common with three U.S. Presidents? They've all been interviewed by UAlbany alumnus and NBA Producer for USA TODAY and the website HoopsHype, Larry Berger '92.
It was Larry’s time at UAlbany's college radio station, WCDB 90.9FM, that gave him his first major entrée into sports journalism and a seat right near the action, a “thrill” that’s never left him.
