ALBANY, N.Y. (July 11, 2016) — An all new, dynamic UAlbany Great Danes website, allowing fans to access content on virtually any device was unveiled last Thursday.
UAlbanySports.com takes advantage of the latest advancements in optimal web viewing and interactive experience through responsive design. The new visually enhanced website now adapts its layout to a user’s device on desktop, tablet or mobile, allowing fans to experience the full website without compromising content in a mobile environment.
In addition, the Great Danes’ ticketing section is totally revamped with new features, including:
- Print at home tickets
- The capability to share tickets through email
- An enhanced online personal account manager
- The ability to monitor your Great Dane Athletic Club Priority Points Ranking, and
- An overall improved communication between the ticket office and fans
The University has partnered with online video technology company NeuLion on the upgrade. UAlbanySports.com will continue to provide updated news and results for each of 18 NCAA Division I sports, including rosters, schedules, news, statistics, and historical information. Fans will also be able to stay totally up-to-date by checking the real time scoreboard and live social media feeds on the site’s homepage.
