A Win for Nursing Moms

ALBANY, N.Y. (September 15, 2016) – A School of Public Health center was recently named a Bronze winner in the 37th Annual Telly Awards.
The Center for Public Health Continuing Education (CPHCE) won the award for the video St. Peter’s: Mercy Cares for Kids, of the August 2015 Public Health Live! program – Breastfeeding and the Workplace: Success Takes a Team.
The Telly Awards honors the best film and video productions, groundbreaking online video content, and outstanding local, regional and cable TV commercials and programs.
The winning video segment highlights how St. Peter’s Hospital’s day care center in Albany, Mercy Cares for Kids, adapted its facility and care routines to support nursing moms who continued to breastfeed their babies after returning to work.
