A Multitude of Smiles at Commencement
ALBANY, NY (Dec. 12, 2016) – More than 500 undergraduates and 400 graduate students, along with their family and friends, celebrated graduation Sunday afternoon ar Winter Commencement, held in the SEFCU Arena.
The undergraduates represented 56 different major fields at UAlbany and came from 10 states and 18 different nations, while graduates students came from 22 states and 17 different countries. Included among those the honored were 20 military veterans, half of whom received undergraduate degrees and half earning their graduate degrees.
