A Fabulous Fun Feast, a Gritty Growl
ALBANY, N.Y. (February 8, 2017) — The 20th edition of the Big Purple Growl, backed by the annual Ferocious Feast filled all the seats and a lot of tummies last Saturday night. All that was lacking was Great Danes win, as the men made it an exciting contest with America East-leading Stony Brook, before falling to the Seawolves 72-65.
There was ample activity for kids at the Feast, held in University Gym. The NCAA-Tourney women's and men's soccer teams from last spring were honored pre-game at SEFCU.
