Homecoming 2019
ALBANY, N.Y. (Oct. 29, 2019) — Students, parents, alumni and friends gathered for a weekend full of Homecoming events, highlighted on Saturday, Oct. 19, by the Great Dane football matchup with Colonial Athletic Association rival Rhode Island. What fans witnessed was a thrilling second half explosion by UAlbany's offense and defense and a 35-28 victory.
A crowd of 7,783 (sixth largest in Casey Stadium history) were on hand for the win, which lifted the Great Danes to 3-1 in the CAA, enhancing their playoff prospects.
