On Tuesday, leading higher education officials
from the Ukraine visited the University at
Albany on a tour that included the Cancer
Research Center, the Ion Beam Lab, the Science
Library, and the University Art Museum.

Tina Badi Marks 50 Years of UAlbany Service
Tina Badi drives to work at the University at Albany five days a week so she can help staff the Indian Quad dining hall. Focus and organization are not always habits
that bright young students bring with them into
their freshman years in college. These
qualities, however, undoubtedly aided 50 such
freshmen this fall as they achieved perfect 4.0
grade-point averages.

Re-Accreditation

Health, a partnership between the University and
the New York State Department of Health, in
affiliation with Albany Medical College and
Bassett Healthcare, is undergoing a self-study
for re-accreditation by the Council on Education
for Public Health (CEPH).
