ALBANY, N.Y. (April 8, 2010) -- April 2010 marks the 25th anniversary of the "The Saturday Morning Edition of Jazz," hosted by Bill McCann and heard on UAlbanys WCDB, 90.9 FM.  The UAlbany community, students and alumni will celebrate this longest running radio show in UAlbany history on Saturday, April 17, noon-9:30 p.m. in the Campus Center Assembly Hall, with free performances of live jazz hosted by McCann.

McCann started the show, heard Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. until noon, in April 1985 as a UAlbany junior.
