Parker Joins Office of Media

ALBANY, N.Y. (August 11, 2004) -- Michael Parker
has been named Media Relations Specialist for
the University at Albany. Parker will work out
of the office of Media and Marketing on the
University's uptown campus.
Prior to coming to UAlbany, Parker conceived
and developed a NASCAR column for the Times
Union, where he worked as an editorial assistant.
He received both his Bachelor's and Master's
degrees in English from St. Bonaventure University
('97).
Parker resides in Guilderland with his wife,
Angelica.
