The Department of Educational Policy & Leadership has as its mission to enhance the understanding and practice of leading educational organizations and policy analysis across all levels of education. The faculty are regionally, nationally, and internationally recognized experts in elementary, secondary, and postsecondary school leadership, as well as educational policy.
