SCOPE:

            A record of the work done at MIT on Artificial Intelligence (1958-1979) including memos (formal and informal), working papers, circuit diagrams and charts. A very informal history of the development of Artificial Intelligence since much of the work was fragmented and only in retrospect can all the research be brought together along a single line of development. Includes aspects of model theory, game theory, robotics, and programming (especially LOGO).
