 SCOPE:

            Reproduces some 250 underground publications from 1965-1970. Most of the titles are American, but some European and Canadian newspapers are also included. This was the period of anti-Vietnam War activity, the free speech movement on college campuses, the beginning of the modern women's movement, and of Black power advocacy; the titles in the collection reflect these trends.

      ARRANGEMENT:

            Chronologically by year and within each year alphabetically by title.
