Dear Classmates & Milne Alumni,

I hope you are having a good January and a good start to the year.

Here is the Milne Class Year directory to date as of today, January 15th, 2006. (Click this link: Class Year.) This past month I have added ten years of Milne Alumni names from the 1940s. With each month's newsletter since the April 2005 All-Milne reunion, a decade earlier is added.

The Milne Directory now includes years 1940-1977 and is listed by the last names used while at Milne. It includes classmates that graduated and those that did not. This list has been possible with the great help of Milne alumni and people at the University. My thanks for all your contributions.

I have included Milne alumni married names when known or if used. I have also included deceased notices when known. I have circulated recent obituary notices of Milne faculty, and I appreciate being made aware of any Milne news, of all class years, of interest.

If someone started out as part of one class year and graduated early or late, as in the case of returning WW II Veterans, there are two class years noted.

The A-Z Directory currently runs 50 pages long on WP and continues to be a work in progress. I am looking for any corrections you might find, so please let me know. I am looking for any missing names you can contribute. I also would like to have full names, if possible, for each classmate in each class year.

You can check to see your name, and others you know.

Concurrently, I am putting together individual class contact lists. Some class years already have this information organized and up to date.

My Milne Class of 1971 is having our 35th reunion this summer. We have been fortunate to have reunions every five years, and we will repeat the picnic, dinner, and breakfast plan we had at our last reunion in 2001, on the last weekend of July 2006, Saturday the 29th to Sunday the 30th. If you are having a reunion this year or are interested in having one, please let me know. I would like to hear from my classmates if they plan to attend our class reunion.
