of 1971, 1972, and 1973 enjoyed an impromptu get-together at the
home of Larry ABRAMS, '73, in Naples, FL. Larry, Abe Dorsman,
'71, Patti SANTEN Rider, '72, Mona FREEDMAN
Hampson,'72, Roger DeLONG, '73, and Paul HART, '73,
enjoyed the "happy coincidence" of being in the same
place at the same time!Class of 1971 45th Reunion: Mary Welch, '71, has announced that the Class of '71 will hold its 45th reunion the weekend of September 24-26, 2016. Each event is a "pay your own way," with food, drinks, and your choice to attend one, two, or all events. The tentative schedule is as follows: Friday evening, 8:00-10:30 p.m.: Casual event at Beff’s Restaurant on Everett Road. We welcome other class years to join us there as they did five years ago. The class will meet for drinks in the bar area and then enjoy food and drink at a large table in the back of the restaurant. Saturday breakfast and lunch: Your own choice. Some groups of friends may meet at homes, diners, or restaurants in the area. Saturday afternoon, 1:30 p.m.: A Hudson River Cruise via Dutch Apple Cruises at Albany’s waterfront, joining as a group with an already-scheduled cruise. A cash bar and snacks are available. Saturday evening, 6:00–10:30 p.m.: Dinner at a local restaurant, location TBD. Sunday, 8:00-10:30 a.m.: Breakfast at a local restaurant, location TBD -- the final “good-bye to all classmates” until the 50th reunion, which will be held on the last weekend in September 2021. If a name is underlined, it represents a link to the obituary. Many obituaries are available free for a limited time only. Arthur Digby Hengerer, M.D., father of Arthur S. Hengerer, M.D., '60, and James R. Hengerer, M.D., '63, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Joan MANWEILER Robinson, '41, passed away on February 12, 2016. Joan was the sister of Ralph MANWEILER, '45. Diane REID Tarbay, '71, passed away on February 12, 2016. Carol NICHOLS Cardell, '51, wife of the late Arthur CARDELL, '51, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016. Thanks to all of you for your interest in Milne Alumni activities.
