I studied mathematics and computer engineering in Southern California. When I graduated I worked as an engineer at Western Digital for a few years while taking graduate courses in mathematics in the afternoons. I was then accepted to the Berlin Mathematical School with funding for two years and studied algebraic topology under Holger Reich. I’m currently doing research in applied topology in New York under Justin Curry.
