Once you get on campus, navigating on foot to the conference room might be a bit tricky. If you parked in Visitor Lot 1, or if you're coming from the Hilton Garden Inn or otherwise from Washington Ave., the most prominent landmarks are the huge circle of the main entrance which is one car entrance west from the Hilton, and then the Podium behind it. Enter upon Podium and walk on the right around the opening with the tower and fountain. You will approach a small podium level fountain in front of the old Campus Center. Instead of entering that building, go around it to the right, and you will pass alongside outdoor downward staircase to the right. Go straight. Where that walkway opens wide, turn right and walk to the door you will face. This door will take you directly the Campus Center West "Boardroom" meeting room that will be on the right.
If you enter the Campus Center another way, just seek or ask for Starbucks. The helical staircase opposite Starbucks leads directly up to the meeting room. Or, if you entered from the center door on the Podium, go straight completely through the building to a glass enclosed walkway, leave the walkway through the glass door on the right, and, outside, head directly to the door for the meeting.
If you approach via the road from Visitor Lot #3 and then along the building, enter the large Campus Center West building (on the right) on the side you will approach. You'll find that helical up staircase across the room from the entrance.
If you enter from Western Ave, make your way around the athletic fields and you will approach the large Science Library building behind the old Campus Center. Pass to the right of the library and use the ground level entrance of Campus Center West. You will see Starbucks and the upgoing stairs across from that entrance.
