CEHC Teams Up with UPD and Local Agencies to Prepare for the Unthinkable

The National Center for Security and Preparedness and CEHC teamed-up with officers from many local departments to stimulate an active shooter situation in the library, from the moment the first shots were fired to subduing the shooter.
