ALBANY, N.Y. (September 1, 2005) -- Amy E. Tucker has been named Media Relations Specialist for the University at Albany in the Office of Media and Marketing on the University’s uptown campus.

Tucker graduated summa cum laude from the College of St. Rose with a bachelor’s degree in public communications and a writing/journalism concentration in ’93. She has spent the past decade as a journalist primarily covering sports and education issues for local and national publications.

Tucker currently resides in Malta where she trains her two Welsh Corgi Pembrokes, Duchess and Squatt, in canine agility.
