New School of Business Building

Getting Down to Business

After years of planning and fundraising and months of construction, UAlbany’s new School of Business building opens this fall. The 96,000-square-foot LEED-certified structure, designed by architect Perkins+Will and constructed by Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management, was completed at a cost of $64 million – $9.75 million of it from private sources. To date, 85 percent, or nearly $8.25 million, of the private funding has been raised.
