Participant Support: Our NSF proposal to support this conference has been funded. We will partially reimburse the poster presenters and the junior participants who applied for funding.
Flights: For reimbursement, the Fly America Act applies, so you need to use US airlines or code share with them, see US Govt. Fly America Act Information
Hotel: We can only reimburse the state rate of $114/night (breakfast included), and we reserved a block of rooms at this rate at Hilton Garden Inn Albany/SUNY area (on Washinton Avenue), which is a 16-min walk to the Campus Center. Click this link to make reservations
Alternative hotel: We also suggest Hampton Inn Albany-Western Ave/University Area (on Western Avenue), which is about the same distance from the Campus Center. It has a higher rate, but it has the advantage of being closer to several restaurants (in Stuyvesant Plaza, as well as on Western Avenue).
