Dan received a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2018. During his undergraduate education, Dan worked at a summer camp where he supported children on the spectrum as they worked on developing their social skills and navigating meaningful friendships. After completing his degree, Dan worked as a behavioral therapist, implementing behavioral interventions in the home and school settings with children and adolescents on the spectrum. He then went on the participate in a joint research fellowship between Yale Child Study Center and Cogstate, serving as a research coordinator on a study of Pivotal Response Treatment for children on the autism spectrum. Dan's interests include supporting parents of children on the spectrum through parent training and evidence-based psychological interventions. Dan is currently enrolled as a clinical psychology doctoral student at the University at Albany.
