Vianne received a BS in Psychology from SUNY Plattsburgh. During her time at Plattsburgh,
she also completed a minor in Human Development and Family Relations, and served as a
teaching and research assistant. Prior to joining CARD, Vianne was an assistant preschool
teacher at a childcare center in New Jersey. Through this role, she supported young children in
developing foundational academic and social skills to prepare them for their transition to
kindergarten.
Vianne’s interests include educating professionals and families about implementing
evidence-based instructional techniques and interventions in schools, as well as advocating for
culturally-competent practices in schools. Vianne is currently enrolled as a school
psychology student at the University at Albany, SUNY.
