Since 1977, the University at Albany Foundation’s Citizen Laureate Awards have focused on strengthening the connection between the academic and business communities. These awards not only celebrate the exceptional achievements of each year's honorees, but also encourage others to apply their talents for the advancement of both community and academia. By honoring exceptional contributions to community service and academic achievement, the awards continue to promote the highest standards of leadership and public service.
