About
Eric Best is a quantitative social scientist that develops tools to improve both active response and laboratory refinement for security practitioners and researchers. Currently, this work focuses on real-time analysis from digital mobile sensors and detection K9s. Eric is joining the Emergency Management and Homeland Security department. Eric received his PhD in Disaster Science and Management from the Biden School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware.
