Erin joined CHSR in 2016. She has experience in administration, project management, qualitative research design and data collection, design and development of race equity agendas, creating workforce competencies, and program evaluation in the fields of education, aging, developmental disabilities, early childhood care and education, and maternal and infant health. Previously, Erin led the developmental follow-up component of a longitudinal study following children from birth to age 3 regarding a number of developmental, social, and educational outcomes at Upstate Kids. She also provided program evaluation, training, consultation, and technical assistance to school district personnel across New York State regarding best practices in educating students with autism spectrum disorders.
