Moira joined CHSR in 2018. She has expertise in child development, developmental psychopathology, and parenting in early childhood. She is experienced in data collection with young children, observational coding, project management, survey design, and advanced statistical analysis including structural equation modeling and hierarchical linear modeling. Previously, Moira worked for the Bassett Research Institute where she conducted research on healthcare provider burnout and evaluated the impact of materials that provided parents with information about children’s developmental milestones. Before working at Bassett, she worked for the University of Maryland where she supervised a field office in Foley, Alabama where they collected data on the impacts of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on human health.
