About the Speaker

Craig manages the Pixel audio and ambient firmware teams for Tensor processors. Before managing, Craig helped design and implement embedded firmware, Linux kernel drivers, and Android integration to help ship Google Pixel 6 with Tensor SOC. Prior to Google, Craig spent 10 years as a Bluetooth engineer and manager at Apple, building connectivity for Mac, iOS, Apple Watch, AirPods and more. 


Craig earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and applied math from the University at Albany in 2004.

Established through the generosity of Albert Bunshaft ’80 and Caryn Bunshaft ’82, The Bunshaft Endowment in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences provides support for this lecture, which is designed to provide information to the student community about a broad range of topics related to careers in computing and engineering sciences.
