Leandra Harris

As the Associate Dean of Students, Leandra Harris serves as the Director of the Dean of Students Office. 

Dr. Leandra Harris is a four-time alumna of the University at Albany with a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, two master’s degrees — one in Public Health and another in Educational Administration and Policy studies — and doctorate in Educational Policy and Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education. 

Associate Dean Harris directly supervises the units within the Dean of Students Office. She values developing operational efficiencies to best create pathways for student success and development. 

She maintains professional affiliations with the Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA) and the College Student Personnel Association of New York (CSPA-NYS).
