Lisanny Manzueta Custodio

Lisanny is a dedicated higher education professional committed to fostering diversity and supporting student success. As the Associate Director for Graduate Student Support and Diversity, she manages initiatives like the Carson Carr Diversity Fellowship Program and collaborates on strategic recruitment efforts to increase diversity. She is passionate about creating inclusive academic environments. 

Prior to joining the Graduate School, Lisanny served as an Educational Opportunity Advisor at Cornell University where she provided holistic support for students and their academic journeys. Lisanny obtained a bachelor’s in American studies from Skidmore College and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from UAlbany.
