Our Culture

Socially Responsible

Our students and faculty are dedicated to community initiatives that create change throughout the University and community-at-large. In and out of the classroom, our students learn what it means to be strong advocates of others, recognizing the importance of addressing inequalities or injustices in workplaces and communities.

High Achieving

Students earn an average GPA of 3.15 and are self-motivated to excel in the classroom and in the field by participating in community service activities, training exercises, and internships.

Research-focused

Our interdisciplinary programs and research collaborations allow students and faculty to pursue diverse and integrative research on a variety of topics, from health and technology to government and education. In 2021, CEHC faculty received more than $5 million in grant funding.

Fully Committed

Our faculty are committed to providing a high-quality education through student engagement. At CEHC, everyone is part of a large family, one that respects diversity and celebrates student and faculty accomplishments.
