Careers at ISHE: Two Open Postdoctoral Associate Positions
The two postdoctoral associates will collaborate with Dr. Paul Morgan, the Director of the Institute for Social and Health Equity, and a team of research scientists to conduct scientific investigations using a large-scale dataset. The research will include employing advanced quantitative methods such as latent class analysis, structural equation modeling, growth modeling and student fixed effects. They will also lead and assist in writing scientific manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, reports and op-eds. Additionally, the postdoctoral associates will coordinate data analysis activities with various stakeholders, including state and federal policymakers and educational personnel.
