Mrs. Qi Wang joined the Department of Computer Science in Fall 2017. She joined UAlbany after a 16-year career as a software developer and computer science faculty member at various colleges in the southwest and northeast, US. Mrs. Wang received an MS in Computer Science from California State University at Northridge, California in 2000, and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, China in 1992, where she also received a BS in chemical engineering in 1989. Professor Wang is one of the faculty members who also teaches in our dual degree program with the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China.
Research Interests
Mrs. Wang’s research interests are in computer science and software development.
