CARD Albany hosts two conferences annually, inviting experts in the field of autism spectrum disorders to present.
CARD conferences aim to disseminate information on evidence-based interventions and practices that have been shown to improve educational outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorders.
Parents, school personnel, and community professionals are welcome.

Promoting Emotion Regulation in School-Aged Autistic Children: The Schools Unified in Neurodiversity Project

An Overview of the Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-based Treatment Process Through the Lens and Values of "Today's ABA"

Function-Based Video Self-Modeling: Overview and Applications for Individuals with ASD

- Identify differences between video modeling and video self-modeling

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the start of the conference to receive a refund. Please send cancellation request to card@albany.edu. We do not allow same-day cancellations.

Continuing Education Available (included in registration fee):
Each organization/entity uses their own calculation to determine the number of CEUs based on contact hours. As with all continuing education, the attendee should verify CEU requirements by their professional organization and/or state licensure board.
PLEASE NOTE: Partial credit will not be awarded. Participants must attend the entire session to receive credit. Late arrival for any reason, including difficulties you may have logging into Zoom, will prevent you from receiving continuing education credit for the event. Please attempt to log in a few minutes early to allow for any possible technical issues.
