The 2020 Gordon Karp Award Recipients Announced

Gordon Karp Award recipients

The Gordon Karp Award is given to students who exemplify the intelligence, dedication, and accomplishment of Gordon Karp. Gordon was an outstanding undergraduate student in Economics and Mathematics, and he continued on to work for his PhD in Economics.
 
This year, the award is given to four students:
 

  • Breanna Allen (Honors Bachelor of Science in Economics)
  • Saskia Khalil (Bachelor of Science in Economics)
  • Shi Bo (Bachelor of Arts in Economics)
  • Enhao Yang (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Arts in Economics)

 
The recipients were chosen from graduating seniors in economics after careful review of their audits for performance in courses, the level of difficulty of the courses chosen, and their work in mathematics.
