Dianne Patterson

Dianne joined the Center for Public Health Continuing Education in October 2015 to serve as the Public Relations Manager for the NYS Tobacco Control Training and Professional Development Program. Prior to joining CPHCE, Dianne served as Director of Communications for the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and Vice President for Public Relations of Family Planning Advocates of New York State and Planned Parenthood Advocates of New York. Dianne has extensive experience developing and managing all aspects of public outreach campaigns to support strategic communications initiatives and increase media exposure, including media and messaging training. She holds a BS in Communications, an AAS in Health Information Management, and the Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT®) certification.
Dianne is an animal lover, volunteering as an animal welfare advocate and hands-on caregiver.
