Explore the critical aspects of developing and sustaining strategic and productive international partnerships as they relate to your own institution. Through analysis of case studies, you will examine common models of structuring, contracting and evaluating international partnerships and the infrastructure needed to do so. You will also develop protocols for leading and hosting international delegations, as well as tracking and reporting on international activities.
This course is for existing International Education professionals who participated in five interactive virtual workshops reviewing the role of partnerships in global engagement strategies and reviewing current partnerships at your organization. As a culminating project you will develop an International Partnership rubric to evaluate and structure prospective international partnerships, develop contracts to operationalize these relationships, and track and report international activities.
