Professional Interests

I enjoy connecting and relating to students, current and new, seeking services from CAPS to create a welcoming, accepting and safe environment as one of the first points of contact here. I want students to feel confident and happy in their decision to use our services. I am currently a non-degree student at UAlbany, fulfilling credits to enter the master's in mental health counseling to further my passion for advocating for mental health.

Approach to Wellness

When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy creating art, from painting and drawing a variety of subjects to all crafts. I spend as much time as I can with my cat Harley Quinn, named for the Batman character, and who has been my rock. As much as I love being outdoors, I also love playing Dungeons and Dragons as well as video games and even enjoy working on the process of creating them. I hope to one day combine my passion for art with my passion for helping others.
