Throughout the semester there may be opportunities for student employment with ISSS.  

Graduate Assistants (GAs)

Graduate Assistants provide administrative and programming support to the ISSS office and are a vital part of our team year round.  Currently, there are no openings for Graduate Assistants with ISSS.

Orientation Assistants (OAs)

ISSS seeks a team of dedicated and enthusiastic Orientation Assistants for every Fall and Spring New Student Orientation. The overall objective of an Orientation Assistant (OA) is to provide a genuine welcome for new students and to assist them during the first days of their adjustment to the University and the Capital District. We consider the OAs to be important members of the program and we expect the appropriate commitment of time and energy from each assistant.
