Arts & Science - HVAC Controls Upgrade

Work Alert Notification

Dear Members of the UAlbany Community,

Please be advised of the following work occurring in Arts & Science. This work is necessary to improve the HVAC controls throughout the building.  During this time work may result in uncomfortable space temperatures in some spaces for up to a day. 

Work is expected to begin on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 7:00 AM and is expected to be completed by Friday, August 16, 2024 at 4:00 PM.

Honeywell, our controls vendor, will be upgrading the HVAC controls throughout the building.

- Limited durations of uncomfortable temperatures in certain spaces
