The Office of Planning, Design, & Construction (PDC) is responsible for managing the planning, design and construction of all new buildings and major renovations to existing buildings, building spaces, site features and infrastructure for the University. It is PDC's mission to improve the quality of the university's built environment through innovative and sustainable modern design, while ensuring that all construction work is properly planned and coordinated to assure minimal disruption of existing operations during implementation.
