High School Seniors

Students applying to the University at Albany for fall admission may receive an invitation to apply to the Honors College. Students may also choose to apply to the Honors College.

Honors College seminars are small, discussion-based classes where everyone contributes to the conversation. They are based on the belief that best learning happens when people share their unique perspectives and sincerely listen to one another’s voices.

Strong candidates for the Honors College are curious and motivated students who are interested in collaborating with their professors and peers to better understand complex problems.
