"The CS program not only prepared me for a career in computer science, it also motivated me to achieve the most I could in a field in which women are a minority. Through the opportunities for conducting undergraduate research, traveling and serving as a Teaching Assistant, I gained exposure that gave me confidence and a real perspective on what I can achieve in computer science."
