Luis Felipe Luna-Reyes is a Professor of Public Administration and Policy. A former Fulbright Scholar, he is also a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration and a member of the Mexican National Research System. He is also a Faculty Fellow at the Center for Technology in Government. His research is at the intersection of public administration, information systems, and systems sciences. More specifically, Luna-Reyes use multi-method approaches to contribute to a better understanding of collaboration and governance processes in the development of information technologies across functional and organizational boundaries in government. His research interests are related to inter-organizational collaboration, information sharing, success of government-wide websites, modeling and simulation, information policy, and governance of Local Food Systems. Dr. Luna-Reyes works with a network of more than 60 coauthors worldwide and is the author or co-author of over 100 articles published in leading journals such as Government Information Quarterly, Public Management Review, European Journal of Information Systems, System Dynamics Review, Information Polity, and Information Technology and Management. His research has been funded by the Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología in México, the National Science Foundation, the Fondo de Información y Documentación para la Industria (Infotec) in México, and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). He holds a PhD in Information Science from the University at Albany.
