Hongseok Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy. His research interests encompass public human resources management, representative bureaucracy, diversity management, and ethical issues in the workplace. Professor Lee's research focuses on examining the effects of the demographic composition of the public workforce on organizational performance and employee attitudes, as well as exploring the drivers and consequences of ethical issues in the workplace, such as whistleblowing, sexual harassment, and workplace discrimination.
Professor Lee has a PhD in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington. He also obtained a master's degree in Public Affairs from the same institution and a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, South Korea.
